The Thames Festival Night Carnival - A BIT OF BACKGROUND
The Thames Festival Night Carnival is an incredible display of carnival creativity that weaves its way along the River Thames starting at Victoria Embankment, crossing over Blackfriars Bridge, and finally drawing to a finish behind Festival Hall. This beautifully lit carnival brings together 2,000 musicians, dancers, amazing lanterns and illuminated costumes.
